Technically she was born in Cianwood, but her family moved when she was around three years old to Dewford in the Hoenn region, since their family was originally from there. Having no memory of her place of birth, Kachina has always considered Dewford her hometown and herself a Hoenn bred girl.

Cianwood, her family decided to move back about seventeen years after they left for Dewford. So Kachina has very recently moved back in.

-Job-
She wiles away her time working for her parents' beach hut. It sells surfing stuff, diving equipment, fishing gear, everything you need to enjoy a stay at the beach to its fullest. And while she is content in helping out, Kachina has dreams of becoming a big contest star. Kachina is known as a dancer by friends and family, and she would like to put that to use on the contest stage with her pokemon who often dance beside her.

-Personality-

While she is a blooming girl from a family of petals and flowers, Kachina is not so much the blushing rose people would think her to be. When dancing, she is the epitomee of grace; each step is dainty but deliberate, and if one only focuses on her footwork they wouldn't notice the big grin spread across her features that is far from reserved. She loves life more than she could ever put into words, it bubbles out of her very being to the point where sometimes she just has to run off and yell about it, happy laughter booming all around her all the while. Needless to say she is not a quiet girl, never was as a child either as many of her relatives will complain to remember. Extroverted is a bit too obvious of a fact to state about Kachina, as she never has difficultly running out and making new friends for herself or immersing herself into the community around her. That being said, a tight knit community is one she can thrive in. She helps out around town as often as she can in whatever way. Her family has always been the type who never turns away a cry for help, and will give what they can. Her mother gave her cooking, her father his carpentry skills, and her grandmother for a time would give medicines, until her eyesight started to fail and her medicines and her posions started getting mixed. Kachina gave her service just as ardently as the rest of her big happy family and did so with a smile. 
Though youthful and genuine, it is wrong to accuse her of being niave or a pushover. Kachina was actually very roudy as a child, and would not take too kindly to an insult or foul play. Kachina isn't afraid to get mean when the situation calls for it or when she has to stand up for herself. Her pride comes mainly from her family, so the fastest way to get on her bad side is to poke fun at them.

-History-
Like it was stated above, Kachina was indeed born in Cianwood in her family's home that held her parents, her grandmother, and heself. When she was around three years old, her family decided they wanted her to be raised around the rest of her extended family, so they moved back to the Hoenn region. Dewford was where her mother was born, so they lived there. But her family extended out to Slateport, Sootopolis, and even Pacifidlog; so she had roots that spead across the region for where she would roam. Her family members always lived near water, and as such many of them had professions that related to it. They taught Kachina to fish and swim and dive and all sorts of aquatic activities. This made the ocean a staple to her life, she even now states that she couldn't imgine living without seeing the ocean every morning. It has been almost seventeen years since her family moved back to Hoenn, but now they have decided to move back claiming the market for their business is more profitable overseas where their family wasn't everywhere. Family was vey important for Kachina, so leave was difficult to say the least. She remembered no one back in Cianwood and had honestly never thought much of it. She is determined to make the best of the situation, but she can't help but fell very foreign to it all.

-Extra information-
She lives with her mother, father, and grandmother. Her grandmother is a very animated character and very nosy about her granddaughter's life
She and her pokemon do hula dancing together.
Will usually be the first one to say hello to a new person
Fells uncomfortable at high altitudes like mountains, mainly because they are usually landlocked. She has no problem flying on pokemon over water.
Can make really good fruit smoothies
Goes swimming every morning to wake herself up
Likes reptilian looking pokemon, but doesn't own any (because they don't make the best dance partners >u> )
Really easy to make laugh, but has a really weird laugh, like she snorts
